Coworking Space Room Booking Terms and Conditions I, the undersigned, in booking a coworking space room through Space Coworking, hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:
Compliance with Rules - I agree to comply with all rules and regulations set forth by Space Coworking regarding the use of coworking space facilities.
Acknowledgment of Risks - I recognize that there are inherent risks associated with the use of office equipment and facilities and hereby assume all responsibility for any injuries or accidents that may occur to the registrant during the use of the coworking space.
Release and Indemnification - In consideration for being permitted to book and use the facilities at Space Coworking, I release, discharge, and agree to indemnify Space Coworking, its employees, agents, and volunteers from any claims arising out of the registrant's use of the facilities, including but not limited to any transportation provided by Space Coworking.
Cancellation Policy - By entering my name below, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the cancellation policy as provided by Space Coworking. I understand that any cancellations must be made in accordance with the terms outlined in the policy, and that failure to do so may result in charges or fees.
